Christian Feigenspan, one of the wealthiest and best known brewers in the United States, died here yesterday at his home, 121 Clinton avenue, of acute pneumonia. He had been ill-10 days: Mr. Feigenspan was the head of the Feigenspan Brewery, and was prominently identified with leading financial interests of Newark. He was a director of the Newark National Banking Company and a member of the Board of Trade and many societies. He was 55 years old, and leaves a wife and four children.
