Charlotte Ware, Scranton, formerly of Dunmore, passed away Sunday morning in the Regional Hospital of Scranton with her family by her side.

Born 1944 in Dunmore, she was the daughter of Stanley and Pauline (Juba) Russin and was educated in Dunmore Schools. She attended beautician school. She had been employed as a bus driver.

Charlotte was a kind, caring and helpful person and volunteered to help others in need at Mercy Hospice and the Area Agency on Aging. She loved country music, especially Loretta Lynn, traveling to Nashville and Johnstown, PA where she had many friends. Most of all Charlotte loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart and had a very special relationship with her granddaughter Stephanie.

Surviving are daughter MaryJo Engleman and husband Michael of Pittston; son Arthur Ware and wife Sarah of Jefferson Township; beloved grandchildren Stephanie Burns and husband Jeff of Larksville Mountain, Danielle Sumski and husband EJ of Taylor and Brady Ware of Jefferson Township; great grandson Eli Burns.

As per Charlotte's wishes services and interment were private and at the convenience of the family.
