Death Notice published 3rd March 2011
It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Mrs Aletta "Lettie" Viljoen, formerly of Doma, and latterly of Mateke Hills, Mwenezi, where she ran the ranch by herself for many years, following the passing of her late husband George Viljoen.
She was always of a very strong character and helping hand in all the communities where she has lived. Most of all she will be sadly missed by the family and her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved so much.
We send our most sincere condolences to Pieter and Shirley, Wessel and Linda, Wicus and Betzy, Elmarie and Louw, Rina and Wynand and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
May the Lord be with them all during this most difficult time and may her dear soul now rest in peace.
She will be buried in Mhangura on Saturday in a private family ceremony and this will be followed by a Memorial Service to be held in Harare at a date and venue to be announced later.
