Dodson, a minister of the Gospel, her said name before was Sarah Ann Freeman and her husband died November 15, 1843 and that she is still the widow. And here is no public or private record of her said marriage. witness Wm S. Lassell Justice of the Peace, her mark Sarah Ann Crouch. personally appeared William Baachus and Wiliam B. Rasin who are credible witnesses that they know said Sarah Ann Crouch and she is the widow of the aforesaid James Crouch. Military Bounty Land Warrant application, rejected, Act of 1850, # 41,108 (Crouch).
