Cecil Jennings retired maintenance worker BILOXI Cecil Jennings, 75, a retired maintenance worker, died Tuesday of heart failure at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Biloxi. Graveside services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Jackson. Visitation is after 2 p.m. today at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Jackson. Mr. Jennings, a Simpson County native, was a longtime resident of Terry Road in Jackson. He had been a resident of Biloxi for five years. He was a Baptist and a World War II veteran. He was a retired maintenance worker for the Jackson Public School District. Survivors include: sisters, Alice Burnett of Jackson and Maudie Parker of Braxton; and brothers, James Jennings of Biloxi, Edgar Jennings of Mendenhall and Bill Jennings of Richland.
