Mrs. Julia Gilbert, 85, died Saturday at her home in Bridgeport. She was a life resident of Bridgeport.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Howard Curtis, a son Claude E. Woolridge, both of Bridgeport; a brother, John Wood of Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Fannie Farr of Chittenango; 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Vandermill Funeral Home, Bridgeport the Rev. Baden P. Mudge officiating. Burial will be in Bridgeport Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
