North Augusta, SC—Memorial Graveside Services for Mrs. Virginia N. "Gin" Adams, 91, who went home to be with her Lord, May 22, 2022, will be conducted Thursday morning at 11 o'clock in Pineview Memorial Gardens with Mr. Chris Hoffman officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mrs. Adams was born February 14, 1931, in Lebanon, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Richard J. and Lucille Newson. She will always be remembered as being a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family and neighbors. She was a member of Belvedere Methodist Church and enjoyed helping the children in Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William "Bill" E. Adams and her daughter, Judy Adams.
Survivors include her three sons, Kirk Adams, Greg (Gayle) Adams, and Todd Adams; her grandchildren, Sarah (Johnny) Boyd, Dylan Henrard, Brent (Allison) Adams, Tyler Adams, Ben Adams, Oliver Adams, Jack Adams, Victoria Nelson, Charlie Nelson and several great-grandchildren; her brother, Don Newson; nephews, Tony Newson, Joe Newlin, JD Newlin, Bryan Johnson; nieces, Donna Spansel, Doris Horn, Ginger, Evelyn; a "Big Sister," Pat Kotti, who meant the world to her; and the staff at Brookdale Assisted Living for the care given.
