JOYCE VIRGINIA WILLIAMS, 51, of Tampa died Monday. She lived in the Bay area all of her life and was a nurse at Memorial Hospital. She is survived by two sons, Richard and Randy, both of Tampa; her mother, Dola Barnes of Tampa; one brother, George Barnes of Brandon; two sisters, Dorothy Lease and Marjorie Barnes, both of Tampa; and two grandchildren.
