Widow Elizabeth Davis,widow of Moses Davis. She had a daughter Betsy Davis who became the wife of Paul Demeritt.
John was refered to as Major Gun powder as he stored the gunpowder underneath his barn to keep it from the British and was hawled by ox cart to supply the battle of Bunker Hill in the American Revolution.
