Adeline was born in Alamosa, CO to Albert Valdez and Annie Madril Valdez who preceded her in death along with her husbands, Clifford Gale Mintle, and Fred Skladzien and her loving companion, Charlie Carr. She is survived by two children, Ron and Michelle , two grandsons and many relatives and friends. Annie, as she like to be called, moved to California with her husband in her 20's and remained there until her death. She loved to travel and enjoyed dancing. She studied at many universities and Paramount Studios. and worked in sales and marketing for major cosmetics. After retirement, she designed her own line of cosmetics. At her request, her body was donated to University of California, San Diego to help some young hopeful doctors.
She said she was accepted to Med school at the end. We all miss her great way of making us laugh.
