David Coughlin, 1306 1.2 Fifth and-a-half Avenue, Passes in Night... 42 years of age, was found lying dead at 6:30 this morning in the hay loft of a barn ... by his brother Morris Coughlin... another brother Jeremiah Coughlin resides at 5 16 twentieth street... David Coughlin was born in New YOirk City, Nov. 12 1871. He came west with his parents in 1872 settling in Rock Island and had resided here since... employed as a teamster. He never married. Two brothers Morris and Jeremiah and one sister Mrs. J. Roche all of this city, survive... Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

"MOTHER" "FATHER" and "DAVID COUGHLIN", unverified if "David" is relate to the "Mother" and "Father". While possible the Mother and Father stones may be original stones of the COLEMAN family, David is a little more to the north of that family plot.
In searching newspaper deaths it is still unverified which David this may be both seem to be buried in Calvary and the stone is aged enough it may be either one.
Note: after additional research on this family:
I am assuming this grave is the younger David - son of the elder David and the "Mother" and "Father" are David jr's parents David and Bridget Coughlin. dkc 5 Oct 2022
