Daily Press 10 Aug 1981 – Poquoson – Mrs. Maggie Moore Lindsay, 80, 23 Hudgins Road, died Sunday in Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News, after a long illness. She was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church, Poquoson, and Ottawa Council, Degree of Pocahontas.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Iris West of Hampton; two sons, James Thomas Lindsay and Paul Faye Lindsay; and two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Delk and Mrs. Mayme Hopkins, all of Poquoson; and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Claytor Rollins Funeral Home by the Rev. J. Howard Tew of Emmaus Baptist Church. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Poquoson Rescue Squad.
