He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Lillian A. Joe; three sons, Louis A. Joe, Alex S. (Kathy) Joe, and Darryl W. Joe; eight daughters, Rose A. Joe, Rita Chaney, Crystal Gates, Sharon Joe, Sheri Joe, Barbara (George) Davis, Debra (Al) Lee, and Paula (Garnett) Dewar; 25 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; one brother, Willie Patterson; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be April 1, at Union Baptist Church, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with funeral services immediately following visitation.
