Painter. Eulalia María Josefa Joaquina Felipa Lucio Ortega was a nineteenth-century Mexican artist known for her participation in the art world, offering a feminine look at interior design and the banality of objects, standing out in the still life genre. From her father's interests in art, Eulalia acquired a great curiosity to develop in the artistic field. She began making copies of various pieces, perfecting her technique until she started applying her own style and themes, reaching the exhibitions of the Academy of San Carlos in Mexico City and the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889. Among her works, several still lifes stand out, such as "Bodegón con frutas, sandía y huevos", "Naturaleza muerta con objetos de cocina" and "Objetos de caza".
