Son of James Edward and Isabell Brown Pace, husband of Willie Jo Graham.

COLUMBIA - Funeral services for Ralph Pace, 79, of Columbia will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 11, 2007 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Humphries officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Pace passed away on Monday, May 7, 2007 at his home. He was born on October 1, 1927 in Marion, SC to the late Jimmie and Isabell Pace. Mr. Pace was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Pace owned his own appliance repair business called "Pace Appliance." He was a member of Sawney's Creek Baptist Church in Ridgeway, and Dentsville Masonic Lodge. Mr. Pace was a charter member of the Eastern Star in Lugoff, and a member of the American Legion.

Surviving are his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Willie Jo Pace, two sons, Ralph Joseph Pace (Veronica) of Lugoff and Brent Graham Pace (Lisa) of Elgin; two daughters, Pansy Pace of San Diego, CA and Megan Pace of Ridgeway; two sisters, Margaret Amerson of Florence and Jean Shaw (Billy) of Florence; a brother, Dan Pace of Fayetteville, NC; and 5 grandchildren.

Mr. Pace was preceded in death by four brothers, Buddy Pace, Woodrow Pace, Johnny Pace and Don Pace.
