To wife Martha, extx., use of dwell. plantation and ½ the land adj. in "Collet Neck" with liberty to clear on side of road leading from said dwelling to meeting house. Should wife marry, to have use during life of 200 A. left her by her father. Both on condition that she accepts same in lieu of dower to sons Aquila and John and hrs "Collets Point" with lands adj viz. "Aquila's Prosperity" "Paca Defence" and "Whitccaker's" to son Aquila and hrs. ½ of 800 acres "Gibson's Park" 500 acres of "Stoney Ridge" and "Paca's Inlargement to Stoney Ridge" Personalty to son John and hrs. 800 acres of "Stoney Ridge" and "Pacs's Inlargement" personalty to son James and hrs. 400 acres of "Gibson's Park" 329 acres "Charles Neighbor" 90 acres addition to water mill at Winter's Run 430 acres and 20 acres boundry of Anthony Drew personalty. To dau. Susanah and hrs "Paca's Delight " 300 acres of "Mary's Lott" personalty. To dau. Mary and hrs., 450 A. of "Mary's Lott." Personalty. To dau. Priscilla and hrs., 420 acres of "Stoney Ridge" and "Paca's Inlargement" personalty. Shd. any of sons die without issue survivors to inherit portion of dec'd.
