Bessie R Hogue, age 95, of Texarkana, AR passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

She was born June 10, 1927, in Sallisaw OK to Charlie and Mary Rogers.

She spent her working years as a beautician in Fouke and Texarkana. She was a member

of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husbands James D Oliver and Harold G Hogue;

a baby daughter, Brenda Joyce Oliver; brothers, Alvis Rogers, Wilburn Rogers,

Ralph Rogers, Robert Rogers, Elzie Rogers and David Rogers; sisters, Clara

Walls, Naomi Harper, and Leona Ponder.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Patsy and husband Albert Fisher of

Bella Vista AR, Jacqueline and husband David Anthony of Texarkana AR; grandsons,

Casey Attaway and wife Shelley of Springdale AR, Jordan Oliver and wife Stephanie

of Cabot AR; great granddaughters, Sam Burnett, Samara Attaway, and Sahira

Attaway of Springdale AR. A very special little boy, Billy Anthony of Fouke AR

Numerous nieces and nephews that she loved very much

Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday, August 27, 2022 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with Rev. Elbert Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Fouke Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
