Norman Bailey died at his parent's home here Tuesday morning after a few days of illness.

He had started to go up on the Moffat railroad to work but got only as far as Denver when he was taken sick.

He came home Friday night and was very sick until his death.

Norman Bailey was born in Pomeroy, Ohio, on June 20, 1892.

He came to Nunn with his parents in 1915 and has since lived much of the time in this district.

He was one of the first to enter the service when the United States entered the World War and he served nearly two years.

During that time he spent fourteen months overseas.

Mr. Bailey is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. N.P. Bailey, a son and a daughter who live with their mother in Greeley, a sister, Mrs. Freida Southard of Chugwater, Wyo, and a brother, Asa Bailey of Burlington, Ia.

Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev F.T. Curry of the Assembly of God Church officiating.

Interment will be in Mountain View cemetery.
