Lee was born on December 26th, 1934 in Elk Valley, Tennessee to Wheeler and Bessie (Gibson) Baker. She graduated from Jellico High School, and remained a Tennessee Volunteer through and through, always eager to help and serve others. Lee loved traveling, especially when she was able to visit the National Parks. She was a beautifully elegant dancer and enjoyed both ballroom and square dancing. She also loved to attend any and all theatre productions. Lee was a fan of the Big Red Machine, a crossword and sudoku puzzle aficionado, and the Christmas peanut butter fudge expert.
Her servants heart and hardworking spirit will be dearly missed by daughter Melissa (Dan) Esber, sons Rick (Cathy) Adams and Rob Adams, grandchildren Holly (Pat), Nate, and Danny, sister Shirley, as well as many nieces and nephews. Lee is preceded in death by her parents Wheeler and Bessie (Gibson) Baker, brothers Lee, Alvi, Albert, and Bunice, sisters Nadine and Shirley, and nieces Adyline and Lana Jean.
To help the family celebrate her life, you are invited to a Life Celebration Graveside on Monday, September 26th, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Miami Valley Memory Gardens (1639 E. Lytle-Five Points Rd. Centerville, OH 45458).
