The widow of Charles Cobe, she had been active as a real estate broker in the Peekskill area and was a charter member of the Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary holding offices on both the county and state levels. She is also survived by two daughters. Services were followed by burial in Assumption Cemetery.

Mrs. Helen Cobe, 66, of 851 Constant Ave., Peekskill, died Saturday at Grasslands Hospital. She was the mother of Richard Cobe of Grand Street, Croton.
A native of Wappingers Falls, she was the widow of Charles Cobe and had been active as a real estate broker in the Peekskill area for over 25 years. She was a charter member of the Catholic War Veterans auxiliary, and was its county treasurer and former county president as well as former state vice president and state historian. She was a Gold Star mother.
In addition to her son in Croton she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James Heady of Hopewell Junction and Mrs. Willard Dunwoody of Peekskill. The body is reposing at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home in Montrose. A mass of requiem will be said tomorrow morning at the Church of the Assumption in Peekskill with interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
