64707 Driver A Heath, 68th Battery, Royal Field Artillery. The battery deployed to South Africa for the Second Anglo Boer War, arriving at the Cape on 17 Feb 1900. They were deployed north into the Orange River Colony, and afterwards into the Transvaal. Driver Heath died of disease at Bloemfontein on 27 June 1900. He is also commemorated on the Royal Artillery Boer War memorial on the corner of Horse Guards Parade and the Mall, at the north-east corner of St James Park, London, England (see: https://www.warmemorialsonline.org.uk/memorial/112037).
