Leone was born on January 30, 1920 in Noble Township, the daughter of Harry and Margaret (Varner) Wade. She married Herschel Maurice Michels on November 12, 1938.
She worked at Kex when she was younger and also cleaned houses. She was skilled at doing alterations and sewing. She also enjoyed gardening and canning. She loved square dancing and spending time with her big family. She attended Congregational Christian Church now known as Bible Fellowship Church for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Joyce Ilene Lynch, granddaughter Kimberly Morgan, 2 sons-in-law Don Runyon and John Ahlfield, grandson David Everman and great-great-grandson Austin Zuber.
Burial will be at Haven Hill Memorial Gardens in Olney.
