Félicité Angers (born July 13, 1854) is a painter from Neuville, the eldest daughter of Michel-Cyrille Angers and Marie-Angélique Savard. She died on June 23, 1921, of meningitis. She remained single.

She studied at the convent of Neuville. She took painting lessons from Antoine Plamondon. She taught most of her life in row schools in Cap-Santé, Pont-Rouge and Neuville. She was above all a self-taught painter. It is in the landscapes that Félicité Angers was able to fully realize herself. Félicité Angers has also touched on poetry and is the author of several plays. Félicité Angers is the sister of sculptor Henri Angers (FAG 210514431 ).

The Société d'Histoire de Neuville has a collection of more than 80 photographs of her paintings. Thanks to gifts by the Angers family, it possesses nearly forty of these canvasses. Her two paintings in the sacristy of the church of Neuville, "The Madonna of Foligno" in 1899 and "The Holy Family" in 1913, are magnificent works.

The municipality of Neuville has named its municipal library Bibliothèque Félicité-Angers.
