Died at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 1985, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1895, in Amite County, Miss. She was a former Mississippi Public School System teacher. Religious services at Brown Funeral Home, Gloster, Miss., at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Bill Sandford. Burial in Roseland Cemetery, Gloster, Miss.

Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arlo L. (Myra Eleanor Boudreaux) Olson, Baton Rouge, and Lucy Carmen Boudreaux McMackin, Gulfport, Fla.; three sons, Paul Carlton, Gene Alvin and Daniel Ray Boudreaux, all of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Emma Nehl Carban [sic Corban] Clark, Ruston, and Edna Corban McLeod, Natchez, Miss.; 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by husband, Steven Paul Boudreaux; parents, John Byrnes and Addie Jane Bradley Corban; and grandparents, John Byrnes and Margaret Eloise Cunningham Corban.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren: Rupert Eldred and Gregory Lawrence, Thomas R. Adams, Daniel Ray, Darryl Lee and Michael Lewis Boudreaux.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Lung Association, 333 St. Charles Ave., Suite 500, New Orleans 70130.
