Faustina M. McNeill was the second eldest of ten children born to Gertrude (née Deighan) and Ambrose McNeill. Faustina married Walter F. MacDougall and was the mother of six children [Billy, Donnie, Douglas, Jimmy, Kenny and Kevin].~Faustina MacNeill-MacDougall, resident of MacDougall's Corner in Grand River in Lot 14 of East Prince County died at age 84 in the Prince County Hospital at Summerside, P.E.I. on January 2, 2014.
