WINSTED Mrs. Carmella Barber Andrews, 64, wife of Wallace Andrews, died Monday in Winsted Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was a lifelong area resident. Before retiring in 1967, she worked for the Mason Silk Co. of Winsted for 29 years. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Beverly Bartos and Nina Andrews, both of Winsted; four brothers, Leo Barber, Anthony Barber, John Barber and James Barber, all of Winsted; and three sisters Mrs. Salvo Consiglio, Mrs. Fannie Santoro and Mrs. Joseph Borie, all of Winsted. The funeral: Wednesday, 8:30 a.m., John J. Shea Funeral Home, 99 Wheeler St. ; funeral Mass, St. Joseph's Church, 9 a.m. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Torringford Street.
