Patricia Gilmore, 84, of Pontiac, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Evenglow Inn, Pontiac.
Patricia was born on February 13, 1938, in Roodhouse, IL, to Kenneth and Dorothy (Overby) Jones. She married Larry Gilmore on February 18, 1956, in Alton, IL. He survives in Pontiac.
Other survivors include their children: Vicky K. Jacobs of Las Vegas, NV, and Darcy A. (Scott) Woodburn of Pontiac, IL.
She is preceded in death by her parents; children: Rick Gilmore and Angela Fenton; one grandchild: Creighton Woodburn; brothers: Arthur Jones Sr. and Robert Jones; and one son-in-law: James Jacobs.
Patricia graduated from Roodhouse Community High School. She went on to work at numerous different jobs after high school that include administrative assistant work, volunteering, and working at St. James Hospital Auxiliary.
Patricia was a member of the Tara Gulf Country Club in Florida, First Baptist Church in Pontiac, and St. James Hospital Auxiliary.
Burial will be at South Side Cemetery in Pontiac.
