Margaret E. Keith joined her Heavenly Father December 4th, 2022 at the age of 95. She was born in Wake County on January 21st, 1927.
Margaret was raised in Knightdale where she went on to earn her high school diploma from Knightdale Highschool. She worked at Westinghouse until 1962. She then became co-owner of Wesley Keith Grocery at Walkers crossroad.
Margaret was the oldest of 8 children. She loved spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, crafting and sewing. She enjoyed working on the farm with her husband, and was known by everyone for her incredible memory and detailed story telling. She was a wonderful mother to 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Keith, her sons Charles and Earl Keith, granddaughter Michelle Keith, mother Maggie Eddins, father Wilbert (Jack) Eddins, and brothers: Winkie, Howard, Ray and Marvin Eddins.
She is survived by her daughter Gail Harris (James). Her sisters Joyce Watkins and Faye Tyson, her brother Wilbert Eddins. Her grandchildren Michael Keith (Priscilla), Brandon Harris (Lindsey), Ronald Harris (Kaitlynn), Amanda Harris (Cody), and Jason Bentley; Great grandchildren Jonathan and Blane Keith (Micheal), Stephen and Christopher Horton (Michelle), Kaylyn and Thomas Harris, Malcolm St. Clair (Brandon), Carter and Rosalie Harris (Ronald), Harper and Cohen Delcorvo (Amanda).
Bright Funeral Home is caring for this family. The family will honor Margaret with a graveside service December 7th at 2 pm at the Rolesville Baptist Cemetery.
