Landona Ruxer, age 96, of New Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2000. Mrs. Ruxer was born November 22, 1903 in West Alexandria, OH, to the late Walter & Luncinda Smith; was a 70 year member of the Trinity United Church of Christ and a member of the O.E.S. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sylvester Ruxer in 1984,1 son, Joseph, 1 daughter, Nancy Carol, 2 sons-in-law, Gene Ford & Leonard Puls.
Survived by 3 daughters & son-in-law, Erlene Ruxer Ford, Delores Puls ;Donna & Harry Carroll; 4 sons & daughters-in-law, Robert & Shirley, Kenneth & Patricia, Larry & Linda, Gary & Cheryl who was her caregiver for the past 2 1/2 years, Norma Sue Ruxer, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; special friends, Lillian Ducan & Mary Elizabeth Peck.
Interment Sugar Grove Cemetery.
