He is survived by his wife, Ruth Jean and family, Glenn and Patricia Burgett of Grand Rapids, David and Loralynne Clark of Alto, John and Vicki Davis of Cadillac, David and Sandra Davis of Grand Rapids; seven grand children; his brothers and sisters, Arzie Pinckney of Sparta, Maxine and Allen Cumings of Oregon, Violet Burgett of Grand Rapids; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday 1:30 p.m. at the Sparta United Methodist Church with Rev. Ronald Entenman officiating. Internment Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may meet the family at the funeral home Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Handled by Hessel Cheslek of Sparta.
