In 1986, she married Morris White, a tall Texan whom she met on a blind date. Following Morris' death, Helen moved to Medina, OH to be near her daughter Patty. Following cremation at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Medina, OH, a private interment service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, KY at a later date. The family thanks Altercare of Wadsworth, OH in particular all the staff members of Speret Hall, the dementia unit, and the dedicated team assigned from Hospice of the Western Reserve, for their loving care of Helen. Please consider supporting the causes of dementia, Alzheimers and the neurosciences. These are all horrible diseases that affect the quality of life of our loved ones.
