ALBERT DAVIS
Albert Davis, 88, of 1310 Woodside Dr., died in the Veteran's Hospital Sunday in Salisbury.
He was a veteran of the Spanish American War. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Mr. Davis was of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Emily Bowers of Greensboro, Mrs. Sylvia Cooke of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Bender of Lancaster, Cal. and Mrs Ellen Skinfill of El Paso, Texas; a son Alvin Davis of Bronx, NY.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. W.E. Garrison of High Point at 4 pm. Tuesday at the Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Veterans plot in Forest Lawn Cemetery
Per his NC Death Certificate, Albert was the son of Emily and Benjamin Davis.
