He grew up in Irving, Texas, and spent his summers as a child in Duncan with his great-grandmother, Pauline Crow. Joshua loved music, movies and spending time with his friends.
Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Rhonda Miller; his grand parents: Barbara Crow Miller, Roger Miller and Dee and Faye Westbrook; great-grandmother, Pauline Crow.
He is survived by his father and wife, David and Regina Westbrook; three sisters: Emily Westbrook of the home, Bobbie Riddles of Duncan, Elizabeth Westbrook Patterson and husband Aaron of Lawton; a niece, Miriam Jane Patterson; three aunts: Shari Standridge of Duncan, Phyllis Daughtrey of Duncan, and Deanna Blankenship of Duncan; two uncles: Alan Miller of Cleburn, Texas, and James Crow of Sherman, Texas; numerous cousins; and a good friend, Tim Wheeler of Ponder, Texas.
