I believe him to be the George Bilski who married (Agnes) Bertha Bilski, née Gatzka, 15 Aug 1859 in Znin, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland (then in West Prussia). Their marriage record gives his father as Carolus Bilski and hers as Michał Gatkzi. The couple immigrated about 1867 and resided in Chicago. Their children were Adalbertus Anastasius, Michael Hieronymus, Marianna, Stanislaus, William (Stanilaus and William appear to be the same man), Sophia, George, Joseph, Charles, Paul, and Julius.
Joseph Bilski's Michigan death record says he was a shoemaker, died at age 59, and was buried in Oakwoods Cemetery.
