QUINCY WHIG, SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 1919
Mrs. Mathew H. Faber. After a several days' illness from Typhoid fever, Mrs. Mathew Faber died in St. Mary hospital Friday morning about 10 o'clock her death being the third in her family the last few weeks, her sister-in-law, Mrs. Rose Kasten, having died March 2, and her stepdaughter, Miss Grace Faber, March 20......Mrs. Faber was born Sept. 30, 1887, thirty-one years ago. She was a faithful member of Salem church. Her husband and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mangold of Melrose township, and two children, Helen and Leona, and one brother, Elmer, of Quincy, survive......Funeral services will be held from the Wheeler undertaking parlors at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon with burial in Greenmount cemetery.

Mrs. Mathew H. Faber. Funeral services for Mrs. Mathew Faber were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Wheeler undertaking parlors, 1103 Maine street, Rev. I. W. Bingaman, pastor of the Luther Memorial church, officiating. The bearers were Jacob Meckes, Robert Joseph, S. L. Lawrence, E. Sheid, W. Mangold and F. Wellman. Interment was made in Greenmount cemetery.
