Robert J. Fleszar, 61, of Milan, Michigan, entered eternal life at Tecumseh Place, where he resided for the past five years. He was born to Chester and Theresa (Polzin) Fleszar.

Mr. Fleszar retired from Ford Motor Company's Rawsonville plant in 1988 as an engineer supervisor after 25 years of service.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Milan, Ypsilanti Jaycees, and enjoyed nature, fishing and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Anthony of West Bloomfield and Steven (Patricia Kiger) of Britton; two brothers, James (Dee) and William (Barb); and three sisters, Sandra (Michael) Watts, Suzanne Fleszar and Patricia (Daniel) Waltz.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Therese Fleszar.

Visitation: Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, 218 East Main Street, Milan, MI 48160, 734-439-1100, where a rosary was recited.

Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, January 26, 2008, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 420 North St.,

For the past five years, Mr. Fleszar received loving and thoughtful care at the Tecumseh Place Assisted Living Facility. His family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all of his caregivers.
