Daughter of Samuel Sr. and Ann (Wayne) McCue. Married first a man with the surname Harper and had four children by him before she was widowed. Married second Peter Jaudon sometime between 1760 when she was memorialized in her brother's will as Ann Harper and 1763 when Peter and Ann's first child was born (Elizabeth).

Will signed March 23, 1804; interred in Second Presbyterian burial ground on April 1, 1804 (burial register lists her as Mrs. Joudon, 76 years). Actual death probably occurred between March 29 and 31. Removed with other Jaudon family members to Mount Vernon Cemetery in 1867 or 1868.
