According to her death record, the parents of Kate/Katie/Katy Perisho were Philip Bach and Christina Mayer. She died on of "inflammation of uterus" with the contributory cause being "miscarriage."

BRIDE OF A MONTH DIES NEAR ZEARING

Injuries From Accident Cause of Death of Mrs. Clint Perisho.

ZEARING, Mar. 25.--Mrs. Clint Perisho, a bride of but a few days over a month died at her home at Grant Center, just north of here Saturday, the direct cause of injuries sustained in being thrown from a carriage but a few days ago. The deceased was married on February 6, 1907, and was formerly Miss Baugh [should be Bach.] She was an estimable young woman and her sudden death is a sad blow to her husband and other relatives. The funeral arrangements are not made as yet.
