"Miss Carolyn Ann Santulli, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony N. Santulli of 711 State St., and Benjamin A. Abbate, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Abbate of 16 Lindbergh Ave., were married Oct. 8 at a Nuptial Mass at St. Patrick's Church. Following the wedding there was a breakfast at the Wellington Hotel and a reception at Sleasman's Hoffbrau. Mrs. Richard Matteo was her sister's honor attendant, and Misses Francis Prime, Jean Lawlor and Madeline Heim were bridesmaids with Mrs. Theresa Gapp. Another sister of the bride, Denise Santulli, served as flower girl, and John de Pasquale was ringbearer. Mr. Abbate had his brother, Charles A. Abbate, for best man, and another brother, Anthony Abbate as usher with Philip Santulli, brother of the bride, Richard Matteo and John Williams.
