Mr. Arthur Neill, age 72, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Cohran Neill. He is survived by his wife, Louise Neill; daughter, Christy Payne and her husband, John; son, Jeremy Neill and his wife, Angela; grandchildren, Justin Neill, McKayla Neill, Hannah Plumley, Amanda Payne, Jessica Payne, and Vance Payne; step children, Bobby Sheets and his wife, Rebecca, Tina Odom and her husband, Scott; brother, Bobby Neill and his wife, Sharon, Donald Neill and his wife, Carol, Terry Neill and his wife, Tammy; brother in-law, Jimmy Cohran. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 11 o'clock in the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory
