Henry S.S. Pai, 78, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, founder of Excel Photo Service in Chicago, died last Tuesday at home. He was also a cook, deputy county sheriff and a security guard for Mauna Lani Resort. Born in Hakalau, Hawaii, he is survived by wife Chiyoko, daughter Suzanne Shaw, brother Richard, seven grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Private services.
