Juanita was born Oct. 3, 1918, in Hood County to H.R. "Buck" and Estella Crites Rockwell. She was a lifelong resident of Hood County and an avid gardener. She and her husband, Burton, owned and operated City Florist in Granbury for 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Burton; and brother, Hood Rockwell.
Survivors: Son, Donny Hayworth and wife, Jean, of Tolar; grandchildren, Vicki Carr and husband, Bryan, of Tolar and Ricky Hayworth and wife, Tara, of Stephenville; nine great-grandchildren; and niece, Carola Bradley of Acton.
