Born Oct. 8, 1881 in Miami County, she was the daughter of Monroe and Eliza Ellen (Morris) Busby. She was married to Willie M. York in 1902 and he died in 1956.
Survivors are two foster daughters, Mrs. Ralph Aukerman, Peru, and Mrs. Mable Row, Wabash R.R.1, one foster granddaughter, two foster great grandchildren, and a foster brother, Albert Frazee, South Bend.
Funeral services will be a 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Laird and Son Funeral Home, Amboy, with the Rev. J.C. White officiating. Burial will be in the Parklawn Cemetery at Amboy.
