Mr. Shelton was born November 18, 1937 in Neelyville, Missouri.
He enjoyed hearing and telling a good joke, writing poems and songs from his heart, and especially visiting, talking, and texting with family and friends. He also loved visiting with his granddogs.
His work career was varied including being a Stockbroker for Merrill Lynch, Real Estate Broker, A&M Enterprises, and CPA.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph D. Shelton Sr. and Ethel "Louise" (Hager) Shelton; his siblings: Ralph D. Shelton, "Jr." and Johnny Charles "Fuzz" Shelton; his former wife: Shelby "Jean" (Seratt) Shelton; and his son: Randy Lee "Rando" Shelton.
Pouge is survived by his wife Glenda M. (Crittendon) Shelton of Mountain Home, AR; son, David C. (Bonnie) Bandy of Lakeview, AR; daughter: Raye Lynn (Shelton) Doom of Lewisville, TX; daughter-in-law, Susan (Cate) Shelton of Corning, AR, grandchildren, Lauren (Mary) Shelton of Mobile, AL., Elyssa (Preston) Washburn of Lewisville, TX, Wesley (Elizabeth) Doom of Prairie Grove, AR, Joseph (Lien) Bandy of McGuire Airforce Base, NJ, and Noah (Elizabeth) Bandy of Rogers, AR; great-grandchildren, Grayson, Emerson, Avery, Emma, and Finley. Plus, many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Piggott Cemetery on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
