A jury impaneled this morning to inquire into the death of Mrs. Bertha M. Robertson, wife of Jamie Robertson, who shot herself with a revolver yesterday evening at the Robertson home in this city, returned a verdict "deceased came to her death from a gun shot wound, inflicted with suicidal intent."
The funeral will be tomorrow from the Methodist Church South, the interment being in the city cemetery.
Beside her husband, she leaves one son, James Robertson, who is a student in the high school.
The Robersons came here from Georgia some two years ago and were well known to a large number locally, Mr. Robertson being a brother to Mrs. D.M. Edwards, Mrs. Ira Chrisman ad Phil Robertson of this city and Dr. Comer Robertson of Modesto. The latter was sent for and reached here shortly before the end came early this morning.
