Oma's parents were William Dixon and Sarah Abbot Dixon. She first married Cleveland Lacy on July 13, 1904, when she was 15, although her marriage record says she was 17. They divorced. On November 24, 1909, she married Leslie Dailey, who died the following year. With both of his parents dead, their son Hobert appeared in the 1920 census living in the Scioto Co. Children's Home.
