Mavis and Arnold Reynolds were married December 22, 1962, in Ringling. They had lived in Ardmore for 12 years where she had worked as a receptionist with Holmes Chiropractic and served as a member of the First Baptist Church. Mavis will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her, but they find comfort in knowing she is with her Lord.
Survivors include her husband of the home; a son, Brian
Reynolds, Cole; a duaghter, Michelle 'Reynolds' Brown, and
her husband Lance, Denton, Texas; her mother, Ardmore; a brother, Don Morris, and his wife Sue, Purcell; three grandchildren, Dylan Pickelsimer, Dakota Pickelsimer and Austin Brown.
Services to celebrate the life of Mavis Reynolds were
held at 2 p.m. March 22, 2008, at the First Baptist Church.
Dr. Alton Fannin officiated the service.
Bearers were Gene Jackson, Dr. Jack Holmes, Keith Eggenberg, Frank Peoples, Craig Watkins, Rocky Claunch, Chad Maib, and Wayne Hovend. Honorary bearers were the
Young Adult One Sunday School Class, Emmanuel Sunday School Class, Ronnie and Sheila Dennis.
The family visitation was held from 7 to 8 March 21,
2008, at Craddock Funeral Home.
