Kathleen "Kathy" Guina passed away in peace on May 24, 2005, after battling cancer and after heart surgery.

Kathy was born Nov. 27, 1944, in Winnepeg, Manitoba, Canada. She relocated to the San Francisco area in 1962. She dedicated her life to being a caring and generous wife, mother and friend.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Walter "Bill" Guina; daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and John Chionchio and Christine and Mike Prows; and grandchildren, Jessica and Jacob Prows.

Kathy will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
