Frank H. Griffin, 64, 2219 Fifth ave., died Monday shortly after being admitted to a local hospital. Born north of Gibbon, he had lived and farmed in that area until 1939 when he moved to Kearney where he was a trucker until retiring in 1957 because of his health.

He is survived by his wife, Grace; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Brisbin of Vallejo, Calif., Mrs. Lois Johnson and Mrs. Aileen Richardson, both of Kearney; 10 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Ella Grafius of Dinuba, Calif. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services are tentatively set for Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Anderson-Johnson Mortuary, with the Rev. Ronald Ebb, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery at Gibbon.
