Mrs. Grace M. Griffin, 78, 2004 Fourth ave., died Thursday at a Bertrand care home. She was born in Tama, Iowa, and lived most of her life in the Kearney-Gibbon area.
She and her husband farmed north of Gibbon until moving to Kearney in 1939. Her husband Frank, died in 1965.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Helen Brisbin of Vallejo, Calif., Mrs. Lois Jonson of Kearney and Mrs. Aileen Richardson of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brother and one sister.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m.at Anderson-Johnson- Horner Mortuary with burial at Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon.
